Dr. Felicia Burdick
Born in Montana, Dr. Felicia Burdick became a long-term resident of Gulfport, MS shortly thereafter. After graduating Harrison Central High School, Dr. Burdick became a veterinary technician and worked on the coast. She completed her B.S. at William Carey University, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Burdick then attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University, earning her D.V.M. degree in 2009.
Dr. Burdick enjoys all areas of small animal practice, but finds dentistry, internal medicine, exotics and soft tissue surgery as areas of special interest. She also has an interest in public health, and is currently in the process of earning her Master’s degree in Homeland Security from Penn State University. She is a member of the AVMA, AAHA, MVMA, and the Association of Women Veterinarians.
Dr. Burdick resides locally, and treasures time with her family. She also enjoys time with her 13 rescued dogs and 3 cats. Her hobbies include gardening, traveling, attending concerts, shopping, and an occasional trip down the Wolf River.
