Dr. Jacob Church graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University in 2004. Born and raised on the coast, he returned here after graduating to practice general medicine. Dr. Church is a member of MVMA, AVMA, and AAHA.

Dr. Church spent his first 5 years in general practice. He was then offered a position in veterinary emergency medicine as the attending veterinarian at the local emergency hospital. Five years of emergency medicine has allowed him to hone his skills and interest in trauma medicine, internal medicine, diagnostic/advanced imaging, and soft tissue surgery.

Dr. Church resides locally with his wife, Heather, their children, Kaitlyn and Matthew, and a plethora of "furry family members". Dr. Church enjoys playing golf, fishing, and spending time with his family. The Churches are active member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Ocean Springs.
